Delivery Information

We are currently delivering our orders across India.

We aim to get your order delivered on priority. We are taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we still aim to process your order to you as soon as possible.

The delivery charges may vary as per the dimensions of the order and the site of delivery. Please be advised that reserves the right to reject/cancel the order at any time.

Here are a couple of things we would like you to know about our Delivery procedure.


All orders are initiated to be processed within 5 to 7 working days once you place the order online. Once your order is confirmed our representative will contact you to provide you with the delivery information.

Deliveries are made between 10 A.M. to 10 P.M. on all seven days of the week. We will contact you via phone call/text message with the telephone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

For starters, all dispatched products are packed inside a special bag/box depending upon the nature of the merchandise ordered. The orders dispatched are frozen if required, to capture the freshness of the products. Please defrost the chocolates in the refrigerator for 4 hours before consumption.

After the order is ready to be dispatched, it's sent to the recipient's address through our shipping partners i.e., courier companies to make sure it arrives as quickly (and fresh) as possible.

It’s important to recollect that our products are perishable and need refrigeration. For this reason, we aim to satisfy the delivery as soon as possible. Given the sensitivity of the merchandise, our shipping partner won't be ready to make a second attempt for delivery.

Once the package is received by the recipient, the products are to be carefully taken out of the insulated bag/box and refrigerated immediately. isn't liable for packages that are delivered but not received, and for packages that are received but not opened on time. However maximum assistance is going to be provided just in case of any loss or damage during the transit.


All of confections are perishable. Therefore, all purchases are going to be final and non-refundable. isn't responsible for incorrect order information provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the recipient's address by the third-party delivery partner(s), can't be refunded or exchanged.

Due to the high amount of orders placed over holidays like Valentine’s Day, Rakhi, Diwali, and many more festivals, we'd automatically stop accepting orders for a particular period of your time counting on the quantity. We only want to supply excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery without delays. We strongly recommend that you simply place your orders online before time to ensure timely delivery of the package during the busy season.


We also have an option available for self-pickup from our store. It will also help you to save the delivery charges. After placing your order you'll simply call/email us to tell us about your willingness to select up your order from our store. Your order is going to be prepared and prepared for devouring within 2 to 3 hours. We will notify you by call/email when your order is prepared alongside instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11 A.M. to 10 P.M. Please have your order confirmation email with you once you come.
